Here is some information about your DUI and a generalized rule about what you might have to do. This information was provided by the State of Colorado and Colorado Department of Motor Vehicle.

Track A: Ed and 42 Hours Level II Therapy .120-.17 None 33(21 + Ed)
Track B: Ed and 52 Hours Level II Therapy > .17 None 38(26 + Ed)
Track C: Ed and 68 Hours Level II Therapy < .17 1 or more 46(34 + Ed)
Track D: Ed and 86 Hours Level II Therapy > .17 1 or more 66(43 + Ed)

*BAC = Blood Alcohol Level in the blood.

Usually if you are assigned Track C or D you will have to do Random Breath test and/or Random Urine tests for drug and alcohol in your system.
