Here is some information about your DUI and a generalized rule about what you might have to do.  This information was provided by the State of Colorado and Colorado Department of Motor Vehicle.

Track A:  Education and 42 Hours Level II Therapy	.120-.17	None	21 + Education
Track B:  Education and 52 Hours Level II Therapy	.17 or over	None	26 + Education
Track C:  Education and 68 Hours Level II Therapy	under .17	1 or more	34 + Education
Track D:  Education and 86 Hours Level II Therapy	.17 or over	1 or more	43 + Education

*BAC = Blood Alcohol Level in the blood.

Usually if you are asigned Track C or D you will have to do Random Breath test and/or Random Urine tests for drug and alcohol in you system.
